favourite five podcast

Fivers, you may have heard us some months ago discuss the idea for a Beatles-inspired Favourite Five episode. Well, here it is in all its LennoMcCartHarriStarresqueness.

If you’re a Beatles fan or don’t know too much more than Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da, the theme song to 1980′s American drama “Life Goes On” which, of course, was the first show to have an openly down-syndromed character (as opposed to closeted one – you have to watch out for those).

Or of course, you may know think that The Offspring wrote that melody into their song “Why Don’t You Get A Job” before The Beatles had even thought about downies. If so, you probably shouldn’t listen. Everyone else probably should. podcast@favouritefive.com
